The SMART DAC HV Series bridges the gap between lab-scale and pilot/production-scale SpeedMixer™ equipment. The container volume (3.8 L), capacity (up to 2 kg), and mixing geometry (extremely large turning radius) are similar to the Large Range production equipment (3 kg – 15 kg). For this Medium + category, the equipment can be moved through a standard door and operates on a standard 120V / 230V power supply.

The fully customizable SMART DAC generation is the foundation of the most versatile and high-performance DAC mixing equipment to date. With options like live temperature monitoring and control (with active cooling), independent main rotation/counter-rotation control, and an interface optimized for manufacturing or research, it already meets many common industry demands. This generation has also been designed with the future in mind. The machine software and onboard PLC allow easy connection and integration of almost any imaginable sensor as well as IOT compatibility.
