DAC SMART 250-2000
The SMART DAC series is the latest generation of Hauschild SpeedMixer™ equipment.
This new category of DAC equipment offers the greatest advancements in mixing power, process monitoring and control, and data collection since the previous generation launched in 2010.
The fully customizable SMART DAC generation is the foundation of the most versatile and high-performance DAC mixing equipment to date. With options like live temperature monitoring and control (with active cooling), independent main rotation/counter-rotation control, and an interface optimized for manufacturing or research, it already meets many common industry demands. This generation has also been designed with the future in mind. The machine software and onboard PLC allow easy connection and integration of almost any imaginable sensor as well as IOT compatibility.
THE MOST (OR LEAST) POWERFUL BLADELESS BLENDERS ON THE MARKET
SMART DACs have been designed with the power and robustness to deliver the highest RPM in its class. It also has the stability required for the main rotation to be set as low as 50 RPM. This gives the user the widest range of control ever available.
INTUITIVE CUSTOMIZABLE USER INTERFACE
The machine's touchscreen interface makes it easy to create programs and customize the display to show the most relevant information about the mixing process. This ensures that precisely optimized mixing and degassing methods can be reproduced accurately and repeatably. With minimal training, any operator can achieve the exact same results. Optional software allows remote control of the equipment from any PC, tablet, or smartphone, as well as documentation of all mixing activities to ensure traceability.
PROCESS MONITORING BY STROBE LIGHT
The integrated LED can be switched on, off or flashing at the same frequency as the main setting and thus function as a strobe. When the light is used as a strobe, it gives the illusion that the pot is stationary and thus the mixing/degassing can be followed live through the viewing window. Observation helps the operator:
to quickly optimize a process by seeing the speed required to move the material namely when the material is completely mixed And also to determine when the material is fully degassed.
