Field-Proven Reliability and Performance:
The Hauschild SpeedMixer™ Wide Range has now been in production for over 15 years. This range has been rigorously designed and tested to ensure reliability and repeatability, year after year, even in the most demanding environments.

Large mixing volume and power:
​Generally, the fill level should be between ~1/3 and ~1/2 full for the best mixing. This gives the material room to move and also prevents the material from touching the container lid.

With container volumes ranging from 500mL up to 15L, Hauschild SpeedMixer™ equipment can handle a very wide variety of specific volumes and densities. Having a very large mixing volume, with high speeds and modern equipment geometry, gives the ability to mix with extremely high power.

The user can precisely control speed and times to mix powders, liquids or pastes up to more than 5 McP.

SMART DAC User Interface:
The Wide Range uses the same interface and control system as used in the new generation SMART DAC. This means that the equipment not only supports more detailed programming, but is also compatible with many new features and sensors.
